Space Shuttle ENDEAVOUR crew
delivered and installed temoprarily the italian multi-purpose module
RAFFAELLO with its three tons of equipment and supplies. Installation
of the Italian-built module was completed to the Unity node of the
station. The astronauts were slated to enter the $150 million
pressurized module to start unpacking its contents. Another important goal of the mission was the replacement of the station crew and the beginning of EXPEDITION FOUR. |
