STS-122 was the 24rd shuttle
mission to the International Space Station, and launched the long
awaited european science laboratory „Columbus" to the station. Expedition 16 Flight Engineer
Daniel returned to Earth from the space station aboard shuttle mission
wich did carry his replacement, Lčopold Eyharts a french
ESA-astronaut. The crew performed three spacewalks for outfitting
the european module. |
