Discovery's STS-116 mission,
commanded by veteran shuttle flyer Mark Polansky, with a SPACEHAB cargo
module on board is delivering a new ISS segment--the Port 5 (P5)
truss--to the orbital outpost . The STS-116 crew were also
conducting several spacewalks to rewire the station's electrical grid
and to retract one of the two solar arryas of the P6-structure. |
