degree in chemical engineering from Oregon State University in 1978;
and a doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Arizona

There are two sons in the family, Dmitry and Vladislav. His hobbies
include fishing, skiing, picking mushrooms. His father, Mikhail
Romanovich Budarin, died in 1984. His mother, Alexandra Mikhailovna
Budarina, died in 1986. Graduated from the S.Ordzhonikidze Moscow Aviation Institute in 1979 with a mechanical engineering diploma. |
